1. What happens if I enter the wrong information?

If you have provided us with any incorrect information, such as your address, email address, or phone number, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your information before your order is shipped.

We apologize in advance if any incorrect information results in a delay in delivery. If your order has already been shipped, you may be responsible for any additional fees associated with correcting the error.

 

2. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot make any guarantees about canceling or changing an order, as our production process is designed to be efficient and streamlined.

 

3. What happens if I haven’t received my order?

If you have not received your order, please check to make sure that you provided us with the correct information. We are committed to making sure that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

4. Are frames included when I buy posters?

No, we sell our art prints posters, and frames sold separately. 


5. Do you sell or provide frames?

NO frame is included but you can get or buy frames from a local or online shop. Just be very mindful of the size.


6. What if a product is damaged or incorrect?

We take pride in our products and we want to ensure that you receive the highest quality possible. If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and get you a replacement product.

 

7. What if my artwork is lost?

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated arrival date, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at lisaburninghamdesigns@gmail.com 

 

8. Size and paper description are listed on each art. 

 

9. Computer and device displays can vary in brightness and resolution, so colors may look slightly different in person. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible.
